How fast can I launch the bot?
In about 5 minutes: sign up, add services and working hours in a simple wizard, then connect Telegram or a widget on your website. No developer needed.
Which channels does the bot work in?
In Telegram and on a web booking page that can be opened from your website or social media. The schedule is shared: a client from any channel sees the same available times. WhatsApp support is coming soon.
How does the bot pick a time?
Times follow a 15-minute grid, taking into account service duration, staff schedules and breaks. Bookings can be made up to one hour before the visit.
Can I confirm bookings manually?
Yes. By default the bot confirms a booking right away, but you can enable manual mode in the settings: the request waits for your confirmation in the admin panel.
What if a client wants to cancel a booking?
The client cancels the booking themselves — in the chat with the bot or via the booking management link, and the time is freed up immediately. The bot then helps pick a new time from the available ones.
How does the trial period work?
Right after sign-up, the Pro plan is free for 14 days, no card required. When the trial ends, you can pay for a subscription or stay on Free — your data and bookings are kept.
Do I need to add a card on the free plan?
No. The Free plan works without a card and without a time limit. You can switch to a paid plan at any moment.
